I have worked in the wonderful world of customer support, as well as sales operations for the past 10 years. Most recently I worked with Gilt Groupe supervising support operations, coaching and developing a team of representatives to deliver stellar customer service to Gilt’s exclusive customer base, as well as always focusing on the balance of business and customer needs. Previous experience also includes working with Charter Communications coordinating all business solution needs; from small business data coax support, to large fiber optic accounts. I worked closely with each business to ensure all of their video/data/telephone needs were met.
Establishing a relationship with you is my top priority,I do believe in good old-fashioned customer service and know that your time is valuable. From sales to support I enjoy the inner workings of all things process and solution orientated. My goal as your support representative here at eROI is to help identify issues that you may come across with any of our email platforms, establish root cause and find the solution.
